What is the E-Wallet?

This is an online wallet that allows customers to save their personal details as well as their card details in order to make future payments easily.

How is this Important?

Your customers can easily complete their payment to you each time they want to pay.

All they need to pay is fill in their card CVV and click on Pay.

How It Works.

A customer is redirected to the payment page to complete their payment.

They fill in the below details and once they 

Once they have filled in all their details including the card details, they have an option of selecting the above box to save all the details.

An automatic email is sent to the customers email address with their username and password which are basically their log in credentials to their new e-wallet account.

They receive an email as below.

Dear XXX (customer name),

Thank you for your recent registration with Direct Pay Online , your new account has been activated and the next step is to verify your card.

Kindly follow the below instructions and complete this process easily:

1. Log in to your account Click here 

2. Select the card you wish to verify and click the VERIFY link

3. We will ask you to enter your card security code (CVV/CVC) and then we will charge your card with a small charge of $1 and will add a unique 4 digits code to your card statement 

4. Please check your statement and once you having the code enter it into your Direct Pay Online account and complete the process, we will then refund the same amount

The 4-digit code will look like this on your card statement: 

Also they are given instructions on how to verify their card with the code they receive.

The instructions are as below.

1. Login to your Direct Pay Online account Click here 

2. Select the card you want to verify

3. Enter the unique 4 digits code

Next time they log in to make a payment to you, all they need is their CVV to complete the payment.
