How To Create a Filter


What is a filter?

This is a search tool on your Direct Pay Online account that allows you to search for more details on the information on payments made to your account.


Ie, you can search using customer’s name, by the payment date.


How To Do It.


  1. Log into your Direct Pay Online Account.

  2. Click on the Filter icon.

  1. Fill in the information that you would like to search for on the relevant  fields. Eg, you might want to search for all paid transactions.paid.png


  1. Click on Quick Filter Icon.

Also note that you can Save your Filter.


How To Do It.


  1. Fill in the name of your filter on the box and click on the Save filter icon.

  1. You will have saved your filter
